Leaders of Tomorrow: Graduate (LoT:G) is holding a High Impact Leadership Workshop facilitated by On the Mark. Participants will gain an insight into the impact of their leadership and will have the opportunity to give and receive personalized feedback from fellow participants and the course facilitator. This is a beneficial workshop for any MEng, MASc or PhD student, particularly those looking into leadership focused careers, such as consulting, entrepreneurship, or academia.
On the Mark are experts at creating training for organizations and have an impressive client profile including corporations such as Canadian Tire, Kelloggs, Bell Canada, General Electric and KPMG.
In this workshop, participants will partake in three engaging and enjoyable experiential exercises over the course of the day. As part of a team, they will undertake leadership roles and bring focus to two specific leadership areas: achieving desired results and enabling high levels of satisfaction and morale for those on their teams.
